The superior partially polar solvent benefits of food-grade ethanol deliver a wider spectrum of components, such as triterpenoids, flavonoids, and alkaloids. PHO, on the other hand, is a superior non-polar solvent for cannabis and delivers a higher concentration of cannabinoids, and a richer terpene and ester profile, in an amber gold delicious extract.
